In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the psg77 Platform. psg77 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. psg77 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where the Member cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement.

2.2 Residency. The psg77 Platform is operated for and directed at residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia and be an Indonesian national or permanent resident to open and maintain an account. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not permitted, and psg77 bears no responsibility for such use.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.

2.4 Voluntary Participation. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with psg77 or any other gaming platform at the time of registration. Any individual who has previously self-excluded from psg77 and attempts to re-register during an active exclusion period will have their new account immediately closed and their balance refunded.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and hold exactly one psg77 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. psg77 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation and any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3 KYC Verification. psg77 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph or scan of your KTP and a recent selfie photograph held alongside the KTP. psg77 may additionally request proof of payment method (for example, a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or bank application confirming account ownership) before processing withdrawals. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will be suspended until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. psg77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings and notify psg77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your psg77 Account, your Account Balance, or any winnings to any third party. Any such transfer will render the Account immediately subject to suspension and all associated funds subject to forfeiture.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. psg77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay (e-wallets). All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). psg77 does not accept international credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in your Account Settings at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 via e-wallet and Rp 20.000 via bank transfer. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited and may be returned at psg77's discretion after deduction of any bank-imposed handling fee.

4.3 Deposit Processing. psg77 charges no platform fees on deposits. E-wallet deposits are credited to your Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are confirmed within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation during standard business hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may take up to 60 minutes to confirm.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Cashier section of your Account. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are settled within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours between 08:00–21:00 WIB. No platform fees are charged on withdrawals.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Member must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have wagered their deposit at least once across any product on the Platform; (c) have no open investigation of account activity; and (d) have no active bonus with unfulfilled rollover requirements attached to the withdrawable balance. psg77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Withdrawal to Verified Payment Method. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit of Rp 50.000 or more, except where that method no longer accepts incoming transfers, in which case the Member must contact support to arrange an alternative verified method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts not registered in the Member's own legal name are strictly prohibited.

4.7 Currency. All balances, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals on psg77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. psg77 does not offer multi-currency accounts and no currency conversion is applied or available.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. psg77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific rollover requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and time limits stated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Rollover Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any portion of the balance derived from that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a deposit bonus with a 5x rollover on a Rp 200.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Wagers on excluded games or below minimum odds do not count toward rollover.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. psg77 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has: (a) opened multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; (b) placed opposing wagers on the same outcome across multiple accounts to exploit a bonus; (c) systematically exploited low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfill rollover requirements; or (d) otherwise acted in bad faith with respect to any promotion.

5.4 Opt-Out. Members may opt out of bonus offers by contacting support before any deposit associated with a promotion is credited. Once a bonus has been credited to an Account Balance, the applicable rollover requirements become binding. Withdrawal of funds subject to an active rollover requirement will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers are final once confirmed by the psg77 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except where a specific cash-out or early settlement feature is available for that market and explicitly offered at the time of the bet.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook markets — including bandar bola (football betting markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and Asian handicap (voor bola) — are governed by the psg77 Sportsbook Rules published in the Help Centre. In the event of a disputed result, psg77 will rely on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton). Results declared by third-party data feeds are used for convenience but are not binding in the event of a discrepancy with the official result.

6.3 Slots & Casino Games. All slot games and live casino products on psg77 use certified Random Number Generators. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for individual slot titles are published by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming) and are available on request. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to RNG certification.

6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on psg77 are sourced from the official results published by the respective pool operators (Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, and other licensed international pools). psg77 is not responsible for any delays or errors in the publication of official results by external pool operators.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits. Minimum and maximum wager amounts vary by product and market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. psg77 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time and without prior notice.

6.6 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void by psg77 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds caused by manifest error, system malfunction, or the use of automated betting software. Voided wagers are refunded to the Member's Balance in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the psg77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance where psg77 determines a violation has occurred:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without psg77's express written consent;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-vs-player formats;
• Using a psg77 Account for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating the Account on behalf of a third party;
• Conducting or facilitating any transaction that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account during an active exclusion period;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information to place wagers;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to deposits made to psg77.

8.1 psg77's Right to Suspend. psg77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where psg77 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purposes; (c) the Member has provided false KYC information; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other Members.

8.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, psg77 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach, psg77 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Where an account is closed for any reason not attributable to a breach by the Member, the Account Balance will be returned to the Member via the most recently verified payment method within 14 business days.

8.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting psg77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to resolution of any open wagers or pending withdrawal requests. Members who close their accounts voluntarily remain eligible to re-register after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, unless a self-exclusion has also been requested.

All content on the psg77 Platform — including but not limited to the psg77 brand name, logo, trade dress, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of psg77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of psg77. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

psg77's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the psg77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of KTP data and payment information for KYC and anti-fraud purposes, the use of session data to improve the Platform, and the disclosure of data to payment processors and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11.1 Platform Availability. psg77 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. psg77 shall not be liable for any loss of wagering opportunity, bonus expiry, or financial loss arising from Platform downtime or technical interruption.

11.2 Gaming Losses. All wagering on psg77 involves financial risk. Winnings are never guaranteed. psg77 shall not be liable for any financial loss — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from participation in any game, sports bet, or promotion on the Platform. By registering and wagering, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risk of gambling losses.

11.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming) is subject to those studios' own certification and technical standards. psg77 shall not be liable for errors in third-party game content, provided that psg77 takes reasonable steps to ensure that all game providers are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories.

11.4 Force Majeure. psg77 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, power or internet infrastructure outages, or acts of third-party payment processors.

12.1 Commitment. psg77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Members with the tools and information they need to maintain control over their play. psg77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and applies KYC verification to ensure compliance.

12.2 Available Tools. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time via Account Settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Wagering is suspended automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently suspend account access for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests submitted via support take effect within 24 hours. psg77 will not send promotional materials to Members under self-exclusion.

psg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, psg77 will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the psg77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.3. The current version of these Terms, including the date of last update, is always accessible from the footer of the psg77 website.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. psg77 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and does not represent that its services are offered in compliance with the domestic laws of Indonesia. Members access and use the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and psg77, the Member should first contact psg77 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. psg77 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final decision within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14.3 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against psg77.
